The real time order tracking is fake. I reached the store when the order tracking said it is ready only to find out they just put my pizza in the oven and needed another 10minutes for it to be ready. Do not believe the real time order tracking!!!!! Price per person: $10–20

No photos of food because food didn’t arrive. Waited 40 mins for delivery after which when the app said “food is being prepared” , the outlet manager called to say that they need another 1 hour plus more as the store is facing a backlog of 2 hours. Domino’s reputation of providing poor customer service stays true, allowing customers to still order on the app although their staff is struggling to keep up. Worse still is that the staff only call you to inform you after the delivery timing when your pizza is supposed to be delivered. The staff also recommended for us to cancel our orders. Looking forward to receiving my refund which will take 3 business days. Maybe their pizzas and service process will improve by then. It is best they stop doing business. Meal type: Dinner Service: 1
