I stopped by Chiu Hing Yuen 潮興園潮式粉麵專家 during tea time, drawn in by its reputation as a master of Chiu Chow–style noodles. The menu was enticing, and I decided to indulge in a trio of their signature offerings. First came the Four Treasure Rice Thick Noodles 一品四宝河. Then I tried the Specialized Beef Brisket Rice Thick Noodles 崩沙牛腩河, where the tender brisket melted into the rich broth, creating a comforting and savory experience. Finally, the Beef Offal Noodles 牛什麵 arrived, a bold dish that highlighted authentic textures and flavors, making the meal feel both traditional and adventurous. To complement the dishes, we added veggies for HK$16, and each soda for HK$9, which makes the overall dining experience more customizable and satisfying.
