A luscious set of Gyukatsu, which was a deep-fried beef cutlet traditionally made with wagyu beef, seasoned and coated in breadcrumbs before it is shortly fried, then served into bite-sized slices for customers to attain their ideal doneness on a grill stone.🥩
It was perfectly fried for its thin and crispy exterior, and was deliciously tender for having about 10 secs of grilling; goes well with a slightly bit of wasabi and salad dressing as well!🤤💯
