香港在住の方に連れてきていただきランチで利用しました。 メニューは読めないので全てオススメのものを頼んでいただきましたが、どれもとても美味しかったです。 特に焼売が美味しかった！！！ どれもボリュームがあって食べ切れなかったことだけが残念でした。 ご馳走様です！！！. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Dim sum at the Dragon Room during the holidays was excellent. Our table ordered more than 14 varieties of dim sum (shrimp dumpling, siu mai, BBQ pork bun, shrimp rice noodle roll, sticky rice in lotus leaf, turnip cake, spring roll, steamed spare ribs, beef ball, congee, noodles, char siu BBQ pork, fried sticky pork dumplings, vegetables, etc.) It is rare to find fresh taste in dim sum venues, let alone traditional varieties. But this place made it right. It’s been 15+ years since I last had dim sum here, but everything still looked the same. The seatings were comfortably spread out with majestic ceiling. Their servings were also well balanced. Many dim sum places these days scaled down, with more carbs layered in and less protein. That is, too often, dim sum dishes lean heavily on starches, padding the dishes with dough/carbs while skimping on the meat. Here, it's the right balance — generous fillings, offering a satisfying balance that reminded me why the classics are so beloved. The kitchen must have paid particular attention on selecting fresh ingredients meat cuts that are elderly friendly. Particularly, lean pork with preserved egg congee, steamed BBQ pork buns, and BBQ Pork (Char Sui) could even be one of the best on HK Island. Location is convenient. Although it says Happy Valley, it is closer to Causeway Bay side, within 3-4 blocks from Times Square. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
