インスタンヌードルの朝食を頼んだ。米粉ヌードルではないものをと強調した。そしたら米粉ヌードルが出てきた。ウェイターにオーダー違うと言ったら怒鳴ってきた。まさかの逆ギレ。 まずオーダーをかなり急かしてくるところが気に入らない。一口だけ食べ金だけ払って出て行った。しかもまずい。最悪の店。みなさん逃げてください。. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–50

Overall Experience: Hay Hay Kitchen (Luard Road) was easily one of the best cha chaan teng experiences during this Hong Kong trip. The restaurant offers a comfortable and clean dining environment, a surprisingly extensive menu, and service that stands out from the typical fast-paced Hong Kong cha chaan teng style. The atmosphere felt welcoming, making it a place worth returning to. Food: The roast meat selection was the highlight. The roast duck had crispy skin and tender meat, while the char siu was flavourful with a good balance of sweetness and smokiness. The roast pork was equally enjoyable with its crispy crackling. The noodle soup was light and comforting, and the Hong Kong milk tea was smooth and satisfying. Overall, the food quality was above average for a cha chaan teng, with a wide menu offering plenty of choices. Service: Service was excellent and noticeably better than what is commonly expected in Hong Kong cha chaan tengs. Staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, creating a pleasant dining experience from start to finish. Cost: Prices were reasonable for the quality, portion sizes, and central Wan Chai location. Good value considering the quality of the roast meats, comfortable setting, and excellent service. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
