Absolutely the best spot for specialty coffee on the entire island. We had the chance to meet the owner, Mimi, and it was clear right away how passionate she’s about coffee. Mimi understands the importance of working with small local roasters and continually experimenting with the extraction process to bring out the best characteristics of each bean. That dedication shows in every cup—exceptionally balanced, flavorful, and expertly prepared. Beyond the coffee, the shop has an incredible vibe: welcoming, relaxed, and full of character. As an added bonus, there are two adorable resident dogs who make the experience even more memorable. If you appreciate truly high-quality specialty coffee and the craftsmanship behind it, this place is a must-visit. A gem that sets the standard for coffee on Koh Samui. We had two wonderful visits to Drip Indeed and on the second visit had a good conversation about the world of coffee with the owner. Great atmosphere and the coffee is of a high standard. Hopefully we can come back soon. Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
