Nice place. Nice, authentic pub atmosphere. Good selection of whiskeys at reasonable prices. The one issue I have with it is that it's cash only. Price per person: $1–50 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The Duke of York, Sai Kung was opened in the late eighties by 2 Brits. They have both sadly passed away since. They were real characters and brought life and humour to this have of common sense in abundance. You will find a modest array of beers, wines and spirits, bottled and draft. The food is now limited due to the premises having to downsize because of the sky-high rents that are common in Sai Kung town. This does nothing to prevent the owners from providing you with great service with a smile. Everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, creed, gender, etc. But, people who identify as animals will not be allowed through the door. Excellent! The characters that frequent "The Duke" are what makes it special. And although they may appear to be an unruly lot, if you take a seat you will very likely find yourself right at home here and having a roaring good time and you'll wake up with your chest aching due to the laughs you had the night before. The Duke of York is not the Ritz, it's better than the Ritz! Cheers and beers! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
