台湾旅行の際に宿泊したホテル内にあったバーになります。 落ち着いた雰囲気で、ざっとですがカウンター席が約8席ほどテーブル席が6卓ほどあり、とても雰囲気は良かったです。 メニュー表はイラストとわかりやすい説明書きがあり、全て英語だったと記憶しています。 日本人の方がカクテルの監修に携わっているようで、日本らしい名前のカクテルもありましたが、日本と台湾がマッチしたカクテルだったように感じました。 また、カウンター席に座ったので目の前でカクテルを作ってくれたのはもちろん、味だけでなく見た目でも楽しめるカクテルでとても良い時間を過ごすことができました。 カクテルのベースや好みをリクエストすれば、メニューにないカクテルも作ってくれました。 1人でゆっくりお酒を楽しむ時間が取れてとても良い時間でした。 ホテル宿泊だった為、支払いはチェックアウトの際にまとめて頂きました。. Daan District, Taipei City｜EAST END A visit + a second visit The "EAST END" bar is located on the third floor of HOTEL PROVERBS Taipei, close to the MRT Zhongxiao Fuxing Station. It has a 4.4-star rating on Google and became the first hotel-type bar in Taiwan to be awarded Asia's 50 Best Bars in 2017. The wine list was developed with the help of a team led by world bartending champion Kaneko Taoist, and is inspired by Taiwan's representative elements such as guava, coffee, cypress, longan, etc. One person spent 800 yuan here, and ordered two cocktails on the day of his return visit: TWN Aviation Sour ($450+10%), inspired by Singapore Sling, soaks Taiwanese chrysanthemums in Tanqueray No.10, paired with orange blossom liqueur and pineapple juice, giving it a citrus, floral and fruity aroma, creating a Taiwanese-style Singapore Commander; this cup is very delicious, rich in layers, the fragrant woody tone reveals the intriguing sour and sweet taste, it is a very textured high-level bartending, and you can taste the strength of the wine list prepared by the world bartending champion. Superior Black Rose ($450+10%), this wine is made from Taiwanese coffee, hand-brewed coffee liquid, added with homemade spiced cranberry juice, paired with the unique fruity sweetness and delicate woody aroma of Zacapa rum; the entrance is The aroma of coffee is very obvious, and the aroma of wine comes out at the end.
