口コミがかなり賛否両論だったので、確かめに行きたくて予約しました。 非常に高い調理技術と、素晴らしい独創性ある料理を、ワインのペアリングとともに楽しみました。 ワインのセレクトも見事で、全敗にスッキリドライなタイプでしたが、複雑性を隠し持ったワインばかりで、ソムリエのセンスも素晴らしかったです。 お料理の数は、少し多いかもしれません。もう1.2品減らしても問題ないかと思われます。 また、チャンスがあればぜひ伺わせてください。

We booked here with the express instructions one of our diners had an allergy to shellfish, they completely ignored this request the entire menu was seafood. Note the menu is not online so there is no way of telling what you are getting. The two dishes we did endure a bottom feeding eel type dish which was like chewing a piece of rubber and some raw fish in some sort of juice both terrible. then the third dish was a shellfish which clearly could not be eaten. At this point we could not endure this any longer and politely said we were leaving. They insisted we payed the full bill over $150 per person as we were in a foreign country we did not want to cause a scene and politely paid. Is is also notable the couple next to us was also suffering from the inedible food. Whilst there are a lot of good reviews I can only suggest that these reviewers must appreciate the abnormal or experimental food scene as embers is clearly experimental and the poor diners are the Guinee pigs! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $200–400 Vegetarian options: We requested this after is was evident the food they were presenting was uneatable. But there were no options Dietary restrictions: They completely ignored our request which would have lead to serious health consequences. Parking space: Not sure Parking: Do yourself a favour and find an alternative place to dine!
