I visited Ettore with great expectations. But I was so disappointed. The aperitif bread was good, but there was only one arancini, but it was expensive compared to the taste. It wasn't that delicious, and the octopus main dish was delicious. The lobster tortellini felt like a water dumpling or a lobster water dumpling. It was interesting, but not delicious... It would be perfect to describe the pork Milanese as just a pork cutlet with arugula and various vegetables added. Even though it is a restaurant launched by Shinsegae Group run by a Michelin-trained chef, I think there is a reason why there are no people.
