Ordered a set of noodles & coffee at Eat, Square 2 on 23/4/26 - A blatant discovery of a physical contaminant (tissue paper) embedded in my food. Negligent food handling by staff, poor hygiene standards in place and significant food safety hazard for consumers. Approached their bogus “manager” on duty and another staff - both lacked accountability and shifted the blame. Absurd and hopeless customer service, such a shame Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very bad food taste, soup not piping hot but only lukewarm and the amount too small to fill the stomach. The worst part is I tasted washing detergent left over smell on the utensils! Hopefully I don’t get food poisoning today! Wonder if the boss does regular check in on the service standards of the staff there. Please visit at your own risk. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Can't agree more with the reviews, the guy seems impatient, definitely making the business difficult. Overall portion and taste is disappointing, I hope Eat elsewhere is still good. I should have trusted the reviews but decided based on pass experience with Eat. Li xin fishball noodle is much better worth and nicer. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $1–10
