Met Elvis about 12 years ago in Wales. Told him I’d come have a Kabab one day. Turned out I had a Kabab and chip.perfect after a hard days snowboarding. Highly recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

ELVISSSS!!! What a welcomed and unexpected food truck find. I make it a point to eat a kebab everywhere I travel—I genuinely believe it’s one of the most underrated and globally consistent takeaway meals in the world. During my stay in Niseko, Elvis delivered exactly what I was hoping for. Late night, snow in the air, and a few perfect plates over rice that absolutely hit the spot. Flavorful, satisfying, and exactly what you want after a long day out. This ended up being one of those small but memorable food moments that define a trip. If you’re in Niseko and craving something hearty and legit—don't overthink it. Go to Elvis.
