I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ember & Oak by Reverie, and it was an absolute masterclass in wood-fired cooking. The way they harness the element of fire to bring out deep, smoky complexities in every ingredient is truly impressive. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between refined elegance and rustic warmth, making it an ideal spot for an intimate dinner. From the perfectly charred proteins to the surprisingly innovative vegetable plates, every dish felt intentional and soulful. The service was equally impeccable—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the menu. Thank you to the team for a stellar culinary experience.
