Start from complimentary bread and butter which is really really good. Then pasta comes along, rich and creamery carbonara. The last one is Truffle pizza, topped with massive parmesan. Sadly, we don't have a room for dessert. Next time, maybe. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food is decent. There's no service; we watch the staff wander around and not clear the tables. It's unclear why there's a service charge included. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch

While the kitchen is producing excellent food, the service team might currently be functioning as a barrier to enjoying it. During our visit, we were subjected to aggressive surveillance rather than hospitality. The staff repeatedly interrupted our meal to scrutinize our table, assuming outside food was present without verification. This constant monitoring—occurring roughly every five minutes—was highly intrusive and made it impossible to relax. The service was equally unrefined; plates were almost cleared while they still contained food, and staff members frequently hovered at our table to peer at our plates, which was incredibly uncomfortable. A restaurant’s primary role is to host, not to police its guests. Given the current approach to customer service, we felt unwelcome and monitored throughout the entire evening.
