アイランドシャングリラホテルに宿泊し、食事場所に困り、近場のこちらでニ夜連続で食事。サラダもティラミスもラテも美味しいです。今晩はピザに挑戦します。. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$300–350

我が家の定番のピザ屋さん。 娘がピザ食べたいと言ったら大抵ここです。 隣のモールのレジデンスに住んでいた時に頻繁に来ていました。 今は引越ししたのですがパシフィックプレイスにお買い物の際には寄らせて貰ってます。 マルゲリータピザとマッシュルームのピザは絶品です。 週末ランチは多少混んでいる時があります。予約していくと安心です。. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Emmer Pizzeria & Café is outstanding. The pizza is exceptional, beautifully blistered crust, light yet chewy, and clearly made with care. The truffle pizza was the real deal, generously topped with actual truffle, not truffle oil theatrics. Rich, balanced, and deeply satisfying. The olives were perfectly seasoned and thoughtfully served, a small touch that says a lot about the kitchen. Coffee was excellent as well, properly textured milk, great espresso, and latte art that shows pride in the craft. The space is relaxed and welcoming, stylish without trying too hard, and the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Emmer nails what so many places miss, simple food done extremely well. Easily a repeat visit and a place I would confidently recommend to anyone in Hong Kong.
