English Went to The Teahouse at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong (a 5-star hotel, as shown in the photos) for afternoon tea with a friend and a child today, Easter Sunday. The hotel’s service and presentation were exquisite, no doubt. The place was filled with families celebrating Easter. When my friend made the reservation, she specifically asked about Easter activities and was told both “egg tapping” and “Easter painting” would be available. That’s why we chose to come. However, after we finished our tea and looked around, we realised only the egg tapping game was happening – no painting at all. The staff confirmed that the painting activity was not offered today. The little one was very disappointed. My friend raised the issue with the manager, who sincerely apologised and gave the child an Easter bunny chocolate as compensation, even saying sorry directly to the child. The gesture was nice, but the incorrect information ahead of time really ruined part of the experience. Attached photos show the Grand Hyatt lobby and the tea set (as per the images shared). Hope the hotel can be more accurate with activity updates in the future. --- 繁體中文 今日復活節，和朋友帶一個小朋友去香港君悅酒店閣樓茶園（附圖為酒店外觀及茶點）食下午茶。作為五星級酒店，服務和擺設的確精緻，現場也有很多家長和小朋友一齊參與，氣氛不錯。 朋友訂位時特意查詢復活節活動，電話中回覆有「打復活蛋」和「復活節畫畫」兩樣，所以先決定來。但食完下午茶後發現只有打復活蛋，完全沒有畫畫環節。向職員查詢，先知道今日根本冇呢個活動。 小朋友好失望。朋友向經理投訴，經理道歉後送咗一個復活兔朱古力俾小朋友，仲親自同小朋友講對唔住。補償算有誠意，但事前資訊唔準確，的確影響咗個體驗。 附上當時影嘅相（Grand Hyatt 標誌及下午茶），希望酒店下次可以更準確更新活動內容。 --- 日本語 (Japanese) イースターの今日、友人と子ども連れでグランドハイアット香港（写真添付の5つ星ホテル）のザ・ティーハウスへアフタヌーンティーに行きました。サービスの質や盛り付けはさすがの一言。多くの家族連れで賑わっていました。 友人が予約の際、イースターのイベントを確認したところ、「エッグタッピング」と「イースターペインティング」の両方があると説明され、それを楽しみに来店しました。ところが、アフタヌーンティーを終えて周囲を見渡すと、エッグタッピングしか行われておらず、ペインティングはありません。スタッフに尋ねると、今日は実施していないとのこと。 子どもはとてもがっかり。友人がマネージャーに伝えたところ、マネージャーは丁寧に謝罪し、お詫びとしてイースターバニーのチョコレートを子どもに渡し、直接「ごめんね」と言ってくれました。対応には誠意を感じましたが、事前情報の誤りがなければもっと良い思い出になったはずです。 添付の写真はグランドハイアットのロビーと茶菓子です。今後は正確な情報提供をお願いしたいと思います。. アフタヌーンティーをしにいきました。 落ち着いた雰囲気でゆっくり過ごせました。 テーブルにサービスされるスイーツ以外にジェラートとクレープジョゼットとフルーツ、マカロンが食べ放題です。…食べきれないけど. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other

In early January 2026, Tiffin’s dinner buffet had a good selection, including foie gras, cheese-baked crab, and raspberry macarons. When I returned in April, most of those items were gone. However, the lobster (one per person only) and beef Wellington were still excellent. Their homemade vanilla ice cream and in-house salmon were also very good. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $500+
