9番のsibnature Karamiso ramenを食す。美味しかった。辛味噌とあるが、辛いの苦手な人も食べられる辛さ。チャーシューはジューシータイプではないものの麺は日本のラーメン、スープも美味しい。5,6ドルという値段でこれだけ日本のラーメンに近いものが食べられたら満足だ。ランチは1ドルで唐揚げ3ピース付けられる。この唐揚げも美味しい。近くに居るなら是非試してみて。

Ordered their Signature ramen ($8.50) + add on Chicken Karaage ($1.5). The pork bone soup was nice. However, their noodle's texture tasted exactly like normal mee kia from a fish ball noodle stall type. The char siew and mince meat portion was a bit more generous and tasted good. En Ramen is an absolute gem for ramen lovers! I tried both the rich, creamy tonkotsu-style ramen and the vibrant spicy miso version and both were packed with flavour. The noodles had that perfect springy texture, the broth was deeply satisfying and the soft-boiled eggs were cooked to perfection with beautifully jammy yolks. The generous slices of tender chashu pork really elevated the dish and the crispy karaage was another highlight, perfectly seasoned with a crunchy coating and juicy inside. For the quality of ingredients and satisfying portions you get, En Ramen offers exceptional value for money. Whether you’re a ramen enthusiast or just looking for a hearty, delicious meal, En Ramen delivers. Highly recommended!
