First time visiting after the brand change, now it’s more crowded and noiser, with more options to choose from the menu. Grilled foie gras and the serving of warm bread taste good, rest of food are decent. Desserts came in small metal cup with rooster design, very interesting with old fashion sg vibes. Overall it’s a great lunch, worth repeated visits. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

My wife brought me to Encore by Rhubarb for my birthday dinner, and we had a wonderful time. We both chose the set dinner and shared every dish so we could try the full range, and everything we had was delicious. Even the bread and butter stood out! We happily finished all of it because it was that good. They also have a solid wine selection, and we picked a bottle of Lalande de Pomerol to celebrate the occasion. Service was excellent throughout. The wait staff were friendly, attentive, and prompt, and it was a nice touch that each course was thoughtfully presented as it arrived. The dishes were beautifully crafted, and all the flavours just worked. We truly enjoyed our dinner and are already looking forward to coming back to try the lunch menu.
