The food is nicer than expected actually. Restaurant is a bit too bright for ambience. Staff is friendly. Free flow ice water. Bread is served with butter, olive oil and balsamic. Very nice! But only 1 serving per pax. Need to order artisan bread if want more. The beef burger was also very nice. Carbonara mentaiko spaghetti was tasty. Mushroom pasta was also very good. Pizza had fresh tomatoes. We were actually celebrating birthday, but restaurant did not sell slice cake. Need to inform and order before 6pm, just to note No complimentary car park coupon for hotel though. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Introducing the Revamped À La Carte Menu at Escape Restaurant @onefarrerhotel, featuring Executive Chef Marcus Tan's creative fusion of hearty Western cuisine and inventive reinterpretations of local flavors, available starting April 2023. Back by popular demand is the Super Lobster Laksa, an enhanced rendition of the beloved classic. Crafted from a secret recipe, the mildly spicy broth is enhanced with a poached whole lobster. The lobster's inherent sweetness complements beautifully with the luxurious coconut milk-based broth. Meanwhile, the Wok Fried "Hor Fun" with Seared Ribeye Steak features velvety rice noodles bathed in the chef's homemade black bean sauce. On top of the noodles rests a tender, pan-seared beef ribeye steak. For sweet treats after a good meal, The Durian Salat showcases blue pea coconut rice pudding, fresh pandan cremeux, and a scoop of durian ice cream.
