久しぶりに行きましたが、料理のレベルがまた上がったんじゃないでしょうか。 10年以上高レベルを保ち続けるのは大変ですが、行く度に料理もサービスも良いので安心して行けます。 レストランウィークのメニューでしたが、量も多くいろいろ楽しめました。デザートのウィスキーケーキが複雑な味で秀逸でした。 All the foods were percectly prepared, especially desert was superb. Only improvement area was service time for the mains, but it doesn't ruin the dinner. Will go back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: SGD 100+

Esquina is, without a doubt, one of the most memorable dining experiences I've had. From the moment we arrived, you could feel the passion that the chef pours into every dish. This isn't just a restaurant serving Spanish food—it's a place where every plate tells a story. The ingredients, flavours, and presentation were executed with incredible attention to detail. The paella was absolutely outstanding. Perfectly cooked with deep, rich flavours, it was easily one of the best I've ever had. Every bite was packed with authenticity and balance. The real showstopper, however, was the suckling pig. Crispy on the outside, unbelievably tender and juicy on the inside, it simply melts in your mouth. I've never had anything quite like it, and honestly, it's a dish that's incredibly hard to find elsewhere. It's worth visiting Esquina for this alone. What made the evening even more special was the service. The team was genuinely warm, attentive, and welcoming—not just professional, but sincerely caring. They made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table, creating an atmosphere that was both relaxed and unforgettable. Esquina delivers everything you'd hope for in a great restaurant: a passionate chef, exceptional Spanish cuisine, and heartwarming hospitality.
