． What Fritta gives me is the texture of taste. During the trial operation in February, I was lucky enough to eat here once (it only accepted reservations at the time), and then it became a must-do on my business trip to Taipei. What fascinates me about Fritta is the details The potatoes paired with duck breast are extremely delicious. The tomato cold cut mozzarella ice cream is melted in the tomatoes and mixed with basil oil. I never thought that the three of them could get along so well and have texture. Fritta's sauce is magical and can bring out the flavors of different ingredients very well; I will wander between different ingredients like a mixed perfume. ． The rolls are very fresh and sweet, and the wild bamboo shoots are very tender.
