I’ve been to many branches of this restaurant and always order a Singha soda with my meal. However, at this branch, the first staff member told me that I couldn’t order it. When I asked why, he couldn’t give me an explanation. I then asked another waitress if I could order a soda water, and she said yes, so I placed my order. Later she came back with a bottle of sparkling water and explained that it was basically the same thing just “less fizzy.” Well, I do know what sparkling water is. I specifically wanted a bottle of Singha soda. To make sure I wasn’t mistaken, I even contacted their official Facebook page and they confirmed that I can order Singha soda as usual. So, could someone please explain why I wasn’t allowed to order a Singha soda at the Mega Bangna branch? The inconsistent service and confusing explanations made for a disappointing experience Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
