We've been here several times and the food is always consistently delicious. Currently there is an underground tunnel construction project right in front of the restaurant so it might be easy to miss but the restaurant is still open and the food and service remain excellent. We'll definitely be back again whenever we're in Bangkok. Highly recommended!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ฿600–800

When I was in Bangkok, I had no idea where to eat and was desperately looking for a place to eat that doesn't serve pork. I just went to a stop via the train. Then I saw it, the shining light in the void. Farida Fatornee. I was very happy with the food. The fish is very tender and booms with flavour. You can really taste the Thai herbs and spices in it. Other than that, the classic white rice and plain omelette (or in Malay, nasi putih dengan telur dadar) never disappoints me. The side dishes, the chicken, the beef soup, the fried lamb ribs, absolutely stunning. On top of that, the Teh o ais is absolutely heavenly, even more since I was already homesick on my second day! The owner is one of the friendliest, honest and sincere people you will ever meet in the big city. I would give this a 9.7 out of 10 for outstanding food, good people and the classic atmosphere.
