Excellent food at LukKaiThong at 4th floor (6th floor by my counting) at Siam Paragon. Of course on the expensive side, but nothing out of the ordinary for the quality of food we got. -- wish they've added the service charge (10% + 7% VAT) to the price in the menu like any other countries instead of hiding the extra cost!
