セントラルの超人気ピッツェリア。本格的なナポリピッツァで生地は小麦が香ばしく、大きめのコルニチョーネはふかふかだけど重くない。たっぷりのプラータをつかった、生ハムピッツァ、ディアボラ、そして牛タルタルと堪能させていただきました。雰囲気もよく、必ずにまたいきます。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$500+

Fiata pizza was the absolute BEST pizza I have had not only in Hong Kong, but in the world. So I found out that Fiata was the best pizza in Hong Kong and No. 3 best in the entirety of Asia. It’s also a top 20 pizza In the world. Along with that, it recently became a Michelin bib gourmand in 2026 (though it didn’t get the physical award yet at the time of my travels) When we came to the place, it was quite popular, and it was quite filled up already, but the wait was surprisingly quick taking only 10-15 minutes till I secured a table. We ordered 2 pizzas, the Provola E Pepe and the A’ Salsiccia. Both pizzas had a very nice dough (and outer crust as well). The Provola E Pepe is basically a classic Margherita pizza, but way better. It was a simple, but really delicious pizza. The A’ Salsiccia was really good as well. I like savory type of pizza with some fresh Italian sausage, and it had balance to it with the caramelized onions. It is kinda expensive being around 400-500 HKD for the two pizzas, but it was amazing and definitely worth it! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $450–500 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
