I first ate here in like 2022. My Italian friend recommended this place to me, she said it’s authentic. It may not be the best pizzeria in Hong Kong but out of all of the authentic pizzeria here, especially the ones in Soho, it’s the cheapest. The pizza with fries has always been one of my favorite pizza, a few years ago I used to get the margherita from here and put Mcdonalds fries on top, so it’s kinda funny that they added it to their menu. I haven’t seen pizza con patatine in HK since Gustaci closed down. It tastes exactly like the one I’ve had in Italy! And I also like how they used tomato sauce as base (which in my opinion goes well with the fries) Their tiramisu is good, but the banana one is not bad! At first I was afraid it’s gonna taste like artificial banana, and thankfully it doesn’t. Instead of savoiardi I like how they used banana bread. The classic one is always gonna be the best but it’s not a bad choice if you wanna try something different. I remember it used to be impossible making reservations online, but the fact that they made that available is really convenient. On top of everything, the staffs here are always really nice. The pizza project will always be a restaurant I come back to Price per person: $100–150 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Really lovely staff, energetic vibes, very willing to introduce and serve the whole menu. Feels their passion about pizza! Very nice combination of the pizza choices. I’d say this will surprise a local Italian too! The only one thing to concern is , local HK don’t like “too sweet” desert (yes it’s strange) , so the tiramisu is a bit too sweet for local. But we have to tell it’s still very good. And please reserve some more time for waiting the queue. And big big applause for the chips! Too good with the cheese, perfect temperature and crispy at the per per perfect point! Thanks for the hard work. Definitely will come again. Best service ever. Best server Shova. My birthday is in a few days and she surprised me with the tiramisu. She was super sweet and gave me and my friend had a good time. Super fun, sweet and welcoming. Turned our night 5x better. will make good content on my account @pr1scilla.s. Not a collaboration but I truly think the place deserves a shoutout.
