Hey Lorna! Thanks for the real feedback. Coffee's decent - we stand by it. The bakes are definitely too sweet, honestly - our pastry chef has a sugar hand. Fair point. On the laptop thing - you actually nailed our model. Thirty minutes free with a café purchase is solid for coffee and email. But if you're working all day, that's what day passes are for. We're a coworking space, not an internet café. It's how we keep the internet actually fast. The staff thing stings though. We're supposed to be welcoming, and we clearly weren't that day. Come back - ask for us by name - and let us make it right.
