"Horrible service!!! This is really important, which is why I'm putting it first. The food is alright—it's nothing to worry about, but it's definitely not the best. The café has fewer than 10 seats but has 3 staff members working, so there is absolutely no reason for them to panic; whatever happens, it's not the end of the world. However, their attitude toward customers is horrible! When I arrived, the shop was a bit crowded. A staff member wrote down a number for me and told me to wait outside without even looking at me or paying attention. I didn't feel respected at all. When I asked how long the wait would approximately be, he just told me he didn't know... I mean, that's ridiculous and impossible. How can you not know when you're the one who has to call the next number in? Even when you're dining in, you don't feel respected either. There is no way I am ever coming back.".
