Here’s a polished review in your style, clean and natural: ⸻ A very fresh Korean seafood and sashimi spot that delivers on quality. The seafood is clearly fresh, and the clam soup stands out with its clean, comforting flavours. The pancake is excellent as well, crisp on the outside and satisfying. The pork belly was slightly on the tougher side, but still flavourful. The vegetables were a highlight, especially the inclusion of perilla leaves which added a nice depth and freshness to the meal. Banchan selection was lovely and well executed. A thoughtful touch with complimentary bottled water, which is always appreciated. The only downside is the absence of dessert, which makes the meal feel slightly incomplete. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and worth returning ! Fish & Bones has a homely vibe and feels very authentic. The place was packed with mostly Korean diners. The seafood pancake and rice cake with cheese were delicious, while the seafood platter was interesting with good variety and texture. A nice spot for comforting Korean food :). Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–70
