Five stars for the amazing service and great food. The staff were wonderful from the moment we walked in and made sure we were well taken care of. We decided to get the One Platter as well as the Salted Egg Fish and Chips. The portions are huge; the serving is definitely enough for 3 people to share and still be fully satisfied. It is a great spot for a hearty seafood meal! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hi Fish & Co Team, I’d like to commend Mr Ash from your Tampines Hub outlet for his outstanding service and integrity on 16 May 2026. During my visit, the discount wasn’t applied by the earlier staff and I had already paid through a QR Code scan online. Mr Ash noticed the issue, took ownership without hesitation, and personally followed up to amend it and ensure the correction went through. He handled it calmly, professionally, and made sure I left satisfied. His initiative and customer-first attitude really stood out. It’s staff like him who make a real difference to the dining experience. Please pass on my thanks and consider recognizing Mr Ash for going above and beyond. I ordered a swiss fish and chips. Freshness of fish wise is not there . Taste a bit off . Taste slightly rotten. The batter is like double fried and oily. The chips little bit burnt and the quantity is small. Overall doesn't worth the price. Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
