Flagship on Ship Street offers East-meets-West cuisine, mixing Western classics with Chinese ingredients in particular. Pan-seared Octopus Freshly seared octopus tentacles with smoky salmon roe and crunchy kale tossed in a sweet and appetizing Patchun sweet vinegar. Slightly tender and meaty octopus. 31 Days Dry Aged Pork A thick piece of lean pork tomahawk. Great for sharing. Served with grilled whole garlic and veggies. Carbonara Chinese Style Traditional carbonara with no cream that solely relied on egg yolk and cheese to make it so luscious, with fragrant Chinese cured pork and briny Jinhua ham replacing guanciale. Wonderful location in the hustle bustle of wan chai. Lovely place with character. The food was yummy and interesting. Highly recommend the sichuan clams and the lemon tart at the end. Good place to hang out and chat. Nice service too. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $300–350 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place serves up fusion food, what we ordered were very tasty. Wine prices were reasonable. The restaurant was packed after 7pm, but last order was around 9:15pm, which was fairly early for a hip neighborhood. Service fluctuates. The man behind the bar/manager I gathered was knowledgeable, efficient & polite. The other staff seemed somewhat clueless. The place has great food, good vibes.
