Staff attitude is below the average of HK catering, I asked some questions about the meals and they responded to me annoyedly. Not only that, I saw an event that allows people to do the ten-seconds challenge to win a small cup of beer. It seems like buying a set of meal that I bought can have a chance, but when I asked the staff, she seems to refuse to tell me additional details and wishing me to leave after I paid the bill. I would say I write comments seldom, but yes, this restaurant successfully forces me. Btw the food is average and affordable. Price per person: HK$100–150 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Service is pretty bad for a hotel bar. Young kid with glasses and young girl just gives off bad vibes and attitude. I guess you can't blame people for going china to drink Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

My second visit to the bar.. I had opportunity to witness a problem at the bar and see the staff handling of the situation. The red berry smoothie - not exact name... had finished! Two guys turned up to ask about their red berry smoothie, they had previously ordered and paid for. The staff apologised that the red berry was finished and quickly offered an alternative despite having cleaned the smoothie machine. The lads were more than happy. Well done to the team behind the bar. I know this is not what Google maps is about but I shared it to show the good service. I had the sparkling wine with plenty of bubbles. I will return. The Eaton hotel has it's food basement and one of the places Flower Years has an indoor and outdoor door bar. A cosy outdoor part of the bar - though still within the remit of the hotel. So smart of the hotel to have this unique space - Obviously a well kept secret - until now! Happy hour 4pm - 7pm 6 days a week except Saturday... A selection of drinks $40 each a remarkabley good price. As usual everyone was inside enjoying the AC being a caucasian the chance to enjoy the outdoors; it's just something in our DNA.. regardless of the weather. There is a fan providing a nice breeze. I didn't eat this time, but the menu looks appetising. Perhaps next time... Price per person: HK$100–150 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
