第尾牛扒：在太子感受老派港式美味 久違地與朋友相約走進扒房，這次選擇了位於太子區的老字號 「第尾牛扒」。這家自 1970 年代便開業的港式扒房，以平價鐵板牛扒聞名，連店名都添了幾分幽默風趣 。 我們挑了午餐時段前往，服務迅速，剛坐下便有服務員問我們想喝什麼餐湯。 是日鐵板午餐 我與朋友各點了一份，一款蒜蓉汁，一款黑椒汁。若喜歡濃郁口味，黑椒汁絕對必點；蒜蓉汁雖稍淡，卻依然滋味十足。波浪形炸薯條趁熱上桌，酥脆香口，為整餐加分不少。 餐湯 我們分別點了白湯和紅湯，另外加點了一個餐包。湯品味道雖屬平實，但餐包微熱後配上牛油，添了一抹柔和的暖意。 總結這次用餐體驗，感覺良好。價格實惠，兩人合共約 $175，含餐湯、鐵板主食及飲品，份量足夠讓人飽足。 如今香港滿是裝潢華麗、擺盤精緻的餐廳，但我依然偏愛這種舊式餐廳。置身其中，彷彿尋得生活中那份難得的小確幸；在華麗資本的背後，這裡讓我感受到普通小市民努力生活的真實與溫暖。 After a long time, I met up with friends and stepped into a classic steakhouse, choosing the well-established “The Prime Steak Restaurant” in Prince Edward. Open since the 1970s, this Hong Kong-style steakhouse is famous for its affordable teppanyaki beef. We went during lunch hours, and the service was quick—just as we sat down, a waiter asked what soup we’d like with our meal. Daily Teppanyaki Lunch. My friend and I each ordered one—one with garlic sauce and the other with black pepper sauce. For those who love strong flavours, black pepper is a must-try; the garlic sauce is milder but still full of taste. The wavy fries arrived hot and crispy, adding a delightful crunch to the meal. Soups. We ordered white soup and red soup separately and added a bread roll. The soups were simple but comforting, and the warm bread with butter added a gentle touch of warmth. Overall, the dining experience was pleasant. The price was reasonable—about HKD 175 for two people, including soup, main courses, and drinks, with portions generous enough to satisfy. Nowadays, Hong Kong is filled with restaurants boasting fancy decor and exquisite plating, but I still prefer these old-style eateries. Being here feels like finding a rare little joy in life; beyond the glitter of the city, it’s a place where the warmth and reality of everyday people striving to live shine through.
