I rarely do reviews but the tray return guy damn rude lol, the tall Chinese fella in the tray return station. He scolded people for placing plates like that. His shelves clearly no space to place return, and my friends Actually stacked the plates for them to clean easier but he scolded us. It’s just a job, he is paid to work this job. It’s like we owe him money like that. That’s crazy. Visited on 12 July 2026 3pm Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Came here for Shiok fried prawn noodles, staff were polite, food was done fast and very tasty, no charred taste like the horrible golden mile one. My only issue was with the drink store aunty. I ordered iced calamansi, she said no more, but Uncle behind her said he just made some and gestured to her. I asked politely if they accept cdc vouchers, she didn’t answer. I said less ice, she ignored me and scooped the normal amount. When the drink was ready, I asked again about the vouchers (even showed her my QR code), she looked at me and pointed to the Nets QR code displayed on their counter. The whole time I was conversing in Mandarin (which is how she was communicating to the uncle) but yet she didn’t bother to reply yes or no. Only response from her was if I had scanned the Nets QR code. There’s no issue to paylah $2.60 for the drink which was very refreshing - I would just appreciate a reply. Not every hawker/heartland merchant that accepts cdc vouchers will stick the decal at their store so it’s normal that customers ask. Finally Food Hub has revamped the whole place after the previous Food Paradise bites the dust. It’s more windy and cooler than before. Finally! New delicious food stalls, from Chili Crab set meal, HK Roast Meat Duck, Fish Balls Noodles, local version of Western Food, Indian Muslim Food(24hrs), Fried Prawn Noodles to the budget friendly Chinese mixed rice. There is also a budget friendly Breakfast set from the drink stall at $2.50-$2.70 from 7-11am daily. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
