Visited Cai Lin Ji with my family over the weekend and enjoyed a variety of authentic Hubei dishes. The Tomato Tender Beef Pot was rich and appetizing, with tender beef slices in a flavorful tomato broth. The Three Delicacies Dou Pi was crispy on the outside and packed with tasty fillings. The Shrimp Hot Dry Noodles had a rich sauce and chewy noodles, while the shrimp added extra sweetness. We also enjoyed the Lotus Root Pork Rib Soup and Lotus Wonton Soup, both comforting and full of flavor. The Fried Skewers (beef and chicken) were crispy outside and juicy inside. For drinks, the Egg Drop Rice Wine and Osmanthus Rice Wine were unique and delicious. We also tried the new Red Oil Bun, which had a soft bun skin and flavorful filling. A great place to enjoy authentic Hubei cuisine in Singapore. Will visit again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Good place to have a quick meal and then return to office. Turnover pretty fast since most people don’t sit and chat here. Got the lunch set. Sour vegetable fish soup is not bad, quite a lot of fish. Service is quite fast too. However, during lunch had to queue quite a bit to get a table, maybe around 12 minutes. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Tried the Signature Lotus Root Pork Rib set during lunchtime. The soup is thick but could do with more flavour. There is a self-serve condiment station as well. The menu here is a bit pricey but its fine if getting their lunch sets. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
