told the staff who served the cake counter that i wanted a small candle and she noted. after packed my sliced cake in a box and bag, she just placed the item on top of the cake counter instead of placing it at the cashier counter. after i made payment, the cashier was super lazy and totally NO customer service, she told me to get my cake from the cake counter. being flabbergasted, i took the plastic bag and immediately checked if there is a candle inside which i found out there was none! i questioned them why there is no candle and then one of them unapologetically went on to pass me one candle. vy bad service by the staff. Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Love your cakes, been a regular for many years. Took a pic sharing with family members what cake to buy also took me awhile Display rack is to show people how nice your cake are and attract customers, the decorations don't draw customer n generate sales. Those stickers have better place to be. Food: 2

Rude staff as most commented here. Politely asking if could change another box as the one just bought is seen with black dots on it. Aunty at cashier shout at me. Why customer service staff in Singapore is mostly rude? I understand they could have met some bad customers, but they are doing exactly what bad customers did. Mutual understanding doesn’t come from who shout the loudest. If this is a shop under Japanese background culture, what a disgrace. Add on: she shouted once your feet steps out of shop, you cannot exchange. I respect your rule. But consider your shop is so small, ( who doesn’t know), and the packet I got is at your door front which need to step out to take. I will not support nasty rule. Four leaves in the past years is managed way better than now. Time to change my go to bakery after so many years of patronage. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
