I was here about 1230pm. Being the only customers at the premises during that time, I'm the first in queue. The middle aged lady treated me as invisible and her tone was sure rude. No basic courtesy, no thank you, no eye contact, no smile etc. Counter staff can do better. Come on. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

service could be more friendly, but giving it 5 star for the range and quality of bread. theres multigrain cranberry coupe, raisin junior and walnut clover thats not present in other outlets. bread was toasty and warm. very delicious. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered two slices of cake from Four Leaves at Jem and unfortunately despite paying for two slices, I only received one. This oversight was disappointing, the incomplete order significantly detracted from my overall satisfaction. I hope the establishment takes steps to ensure such mistakes are avoided in the future to maintain the trust and satisfaction of their customers！！！Bad review for the incomplete order！ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
