I had just bought $27/- of bread products from 4Leaves, a norm as I do buy a fair bit of bread product every other day from Bread Talk or 4Leaves. The lady at the checkout shoved all items into a smallish sized plastic bag. When I asked to have them placed in a larger plastic bag so the items would NOT be crushed, I was told I would have to pay for the bigger bag. Obviously the lady at the checkout did not care for regular customers or was not interested in her job the way she packed the items. She wore no name tag and refused to give me a name or call out the manager. Very poor service for Singapore. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This four leaves outlet is bigger than its Bishan Junction 8 counterpart and has a wider variety of breads that are not confined to the “mini” range. They have shio pans too! The ham one is quite good because they give a generous portion of ham here as you can see in the photo of the interior. The texture of the bread is also crispy and also a bit chewy (but not as chewy as Duke bakery) so it’s a good balance. It’s also at a good price of 2.20 which is unheard of nowadays. One minor thing is that I felt rushed when paying but maybe that’s just the general Singaporean customer experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
