Please educate your staff basic service as a retail counter staff. No manner n show attitude. If doesn't enjoy working quit her job. Not even a thank you for smiling face. And like I own so much for her to pack my bread up . This kind of staff will spoil and tarnish imagine . Not sure she is new cause seldom see her young lady with a glasses.time on shift is 3.16 on 4 feb. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Horrible service and zero accountability. I just bought a cake recently and they forgot to add in the candle and knife, despite being prompted. When you call them for an explanation, they cut your call. Do check before leaving the shop because their customer service is unreliable. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Four Leaves used to be our go to for buying cakes for our colleagues friends so I'm proud to say I'm a long time customer of Four Leaves. We noticed that the size of Four Leaves does affect the range of items available. Just compare Jurong Point and Lot One for instance. The space does play into the service dynamics of each store, that's what I got from reading reviews here. A small annoyance since I'm at it, is that some stores seem to have 'specialities'? What am I talking about? For example, Jurong Point was one shop that sells Little Kaya Croissant (no longer now as of 23 July 2025). Little Chicken Mushroom is also removed. I always buy 2-3 of each. I have also lost Parmesan Chicken before it permanently disappeared from the Bugis Junction outlet and have been mourning the loss ever since. With my favourite little Kaya croissant removed for new items, this might be the last straw for my visit here. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
