Frank is offering a bungalow on his Facebook account. The price starts at $21 per day. The bungalow is about 25 m². He brags that these are the prices from 2011. But I know that in 2011 this storage room, which is located in the Kerdmanee Resort, only cost about $115 a month. He brags about the great view. What can you even see? Other bungalows. The sea is far away. The pool? It's unusable for seven months of the year. It isn't cleaned. He brags about the monkeys. They steal everything that looks edible. Now I ask, why should I book this storage room for around $1,200 a month when the large bungalow, about 60 m², only costs a maximum of $250 a month, including cleaning? Frank brags about the good mobile internet. Why doesn't he have his own internet? There is very good mobile internet throughout Thailand. Why should his closet have the best mobile internet? These questions aren't answered on Facebook. He deletes all negative comments.

FIRST: This recension has NOTHING to do with the ROADHOUSE! The Roadhouse sells drinks and entertainment - not rent houses! But it is truely one of Franky's bungalows the guy is talking about: It is in a good condition and the same price-range as all bungalows around: The yearly rental fee is THB 78k - 6.5k/month - which is quite exactly USD 200/month, which is similar to the price, what even Luke says, what it should cost... SO WHAT? If you don't like the internet / the pool / the view = Stop to spread your untrue shitty impressions via internet - especially in the wrong place! By the way: according to Thai law, what you are doing, is a crime and can end painful expensive for you! (We had that situation already on the island) The real owners of the Roadhouse are Thai nationals, who supervised me, to inform you, that your next step which harms them financially will be brought to report ... So better choose your next words wisely! So : Please go somewhere else - and also bore someone else! Thank you!
