A real hidden gem for seafood on Stanley Street, Central! I recently had a private dinner here with friends, and the entire experience was fantastic. The restaurant features a beautiful and stylish outdoor space. It’s truly rare to find such a lovely outdoor spot right in the heart of the city where you can comfortably enjoy the breeze and great food—the vibe is incredible. Most importantly, the highlight of the night—the seafood—was extremely fresh and of top-notch quality, bursting with its natural flavor. Everything from the ambiance and food quality to the excellent service was spot on. It’s a classy and perfect venue for both private gatherings and business. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was blown away by my experience here. Food is so fresh and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients in every single bite. What a beautiful lunch at Fuji Seafood. Will definitely come back soon ! Price per person: HK$250–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
