香港のセントラル駅上のフォーシーズンホテルの中にあるお寿司屋さん。 香港で1番、日本で1番すばらしいお寿司をいただく事ができます。 素材も、技も、味も超一流。 ここのお寿司の体験は人生を豊かにします。 なかなか予約が取れませんが、訪れる価値があります。

Dining at the serene, 16-seat hinoki wood counter offers a masterclass in precision and tradition, with dishes like the signature futomaki roll and abalone with liver sauce being notable highlights .
