Crispy fried beehoon $7 - differs from JB style & not as crispy but comes with egg bits, pork slices, bean sprouts and some red onions so it was balanced with protein & fibre. Horfun $5 - 2 prawns, pork slices and some vegetables which is pretty good at this price since most others charge higher. Pork ribs $13 - meat was slightly tough to bite. Taste alright. Service was very good and all food arrived hot within 10mins of order. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Happened to pass by this coffee shop beside town council. Saw the National Day Promotion $60 for three dishes. The two crabs a bit small but the sauce is nice to go with bun. The qinglong cai with bean sprouts is normal. The deep fry sea bass, is nice with the crispy skin if the fish have more garnish will look more tasty. Staff are friendly with good service. The coffeeshop a bit small so during peak hour have to wait for table. The 4 celling fans seems like in poor condition. Two of them moving very slow. Afternoon having meal inside the coffeeshop feel very warm. Outside sitting area, there is a section for smoking. So the choices for no smokers dinning is limited. Overall the foods are worth trying. Will recommend this zi char in toa payoh. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 50–60 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
