Great Chicken Curry!!! The curry was not too spicy and taste was well balanced. The chicken leg falls off the bone. The one thing I wish was service was better. Located in the MacPherson area, Fullybooked is a cosy café serving up familiar Singapore favourites with plenty of heart. Tried their Mee Siam, one of the most highly rated dishes on Google Reviews. The bee hoon was flavourful without being overly spicy, paired with a fragrant lemongrass chicken wing that complemented the tangy gravy beautifully. Another must-order is their Kaya Toast. Crispy toast, fragrant kaya that's not overly sweet, and a generous slab of quality cold butter — simple, classic, and incredibly satisfying. I'd gladly return just for this. Also had the Curry Chee Cheong Fun, a dish that's surprisingly hard to find these days. The silky, bouncy rice rolls paired wonderfully with char siew, roast pork, and a rich, flavourful curry sauce. A great spot when you're craving comforting local flavours in a relaxed café setting.
