本当に美味しいです！ ここのシェフは天才です 一つ一つが繊細でとても美味しいです。 ここでこんなにもおいしモノがたべれるのは感動です。 パンも粉から、トマトスープも生のトマトや野菜から作っていて、トマト缶は使ってないこだわりのお店です。 お茶も台湾のこだわりのお茶を用意してるそうです (東京の有名なカフェにもよく行きますが、比べてもここはとてもとても美味しいです日本の方にもおすすめです) アボカドトーストがおすすめです サクサクで味付けが本当に美味しい！！！ チョコとブルーチーズのタパスも新しい、味付けで美味しかったです！ また来たいです. 4 cheese was a lil too funky for me because of the blue cheese but overall a v solid grilled cheese with high quality ingredients. bread was fantastic and toasted to a perfect crunch and owner shared that he makes it himself! tomato soup (additional $7) was flavourful but slightly undersalted, though that meant it balanced the rich sandwich out well. only gripe is the shop is very small and because of that the cooking makes the shop become warm and poorly ventilated Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Thanks to my girlfriend Stelle, she brought me to have the most crunchie and delicious sourdough bites for dinner! We smelled the preparation process and finally had our avocado toast, and the cheddar mozarella cheese with tuna salad sandwich. Thanks GCB for your most friendly hospitality!
