Came to Gelate and ordered the belgian waffle. Initially the waffle came uncooked and we complained and they took it back. Then they brought it again and still raw. Pretty disappointed with the experience. However, after I shared the experience with the manager, they apologized and gave me a refund. I appreciate the gesture
