パートナーの誕生日に利用しました。 眺望、流れてる曲も良く、 系列店舗同様のホスピタリティ 食事は特にアミューズと八丁味噌、 ズワイのクリーム、本当は苦手な白子が 美味しかったのは驚いた。 パートナーも喜んでいたので 良い日になりました。 ありがとう. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥10,000+

Perched high above the glittering arteries of Tokyo, Ginza Casita is less like a restaurant and more like a sanctuary floating over the city. Through its immense panoramic windows, Tokyo stretches endlessly into the horizon — rivers of movement, glass towers shimmering in daylight, and the iconic Tokyo Tower rising proudly in the distance like a beacon watching over the metropolis. Few restaurants frame the city with such breathtaking grandeur. Lunch began with an exquisite presentation of five appetisers plated with such ceremonial elegance. The salmon was astonishingly fresh, buttery and delicate, when paired with ricotta cheese creating a beautiful harmony of sweetness and creaminess that lingered gently on the palate. Portions here are wonderfully generous — something increasingly rare in refined dining. The lobster linguine was the triumphant first course. Not merely garnished with the crustacean like most other places, here, an entire lobster cooked to perfection, its flesh sweet, succulent and luxurious against the rich pasta was presented. It was indulgence without restraint, executed with precision and confidence. For the mains, I chose the chicken fricassée with lemon. The citrus brightness was elegant, though I must admit the texture was not entirely for me — perhaps simply the limitations of my own peasant palate rather than any shortcoming of the kitchen itself. Dessert arrived as a magnificent finale. The chocolate mousse was decadently rich and velvety, accompanied by an intensely flavoured chocolate meringue dusted with cocoa powder. Beneath and within were sharp tart fruits whose acidity cut beautifully through the richness, creating a perfect balance that made every bite deeply satisfying. Yet the true soul of Ginza Casita lies in its hospitality. Goshiro Toyoda ensured every need was met with remarkable graciousness and professionalism. Warm, attentive and genuinely kind, he even accompanied us all the way down to the entrance to see us off at the end of lunch. By then, it felt as though we had already become great friends. Ginza Casita offers more than a meal — it offers a luminous Tokyo afternoon wrapped in elegance, generosity and heartfelt human warmth. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
