お昼頃に伺いました。デリバリー等と重なりとても忙しい時間に行ってしまったのですが、アボカドスムージーをくださり、お水を下さったりと、私はとても楽しい空間を味わえました。 また、持ち帰り弁当を注文しファラフェルを初めて食べました。とても美味しく、目だけで見てもお腹いっぱいになるような、感動したお弁当をいただけました。スパイスが聞いていて、色んな味が一つのお弁当の中で楽しめて、幸せな気持ちになりました。私もあんなお弁当を作ってみたいです

環八沿いにありながら、ちょっとわかりにくい場所にあります（目立たない）が、野菜の美味しさは特筆もの極力有機無農薬の自然栽培のものを仕入れているそうです。一般的に売られている物とは雲泥の差のスムージーもお勧め

I wanted to have a delicious lunch with my family, so I ordered takeout from Greenroom Tokyo. My younger sister has a severe nut allergy, and despite repeatedly asking the owner to exclude nuts, the salad dressing contained walnuts, causing her to go into anaphylactic shock and be rushed to the emergency room. You got me. My sister was able to survive, but I can't believe that something like this happened even though I had asked the store many times to exclude nuts. I don't want to eat here again.

However, when I was putting the finishing touches on the bento, I was so anxious to get it to the customer quickly that I poured a sauce containing walnuts on it instead of the nut-free sauce I had made for the customer. We realized this after we handed over the item and contacted the customer, but we were unable to respond in time, and we sincerely apologize for causing such a serious situation. Although we recognize that allergies are a serious matter that can be life-threatening and are in a position where we must put the customer's safety first, we do something that betrays the customer's trust, resulting in the family's health recovering. I sincerely hope that this will happen, and I will deeply reflect on this matter. I will keep this in mind never to jeopardize the safety of our customers again. We apologize for the inconvenience.More
