Great atmosphere with good attentive service from the front of house team. Lovely food and made to feel very comfortable throughout the dining experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$350–400

Starting off with set dinner menu, the Hokkaido Shiraoi, black Wagyu from Hokkaido known for its prominent marbling and fruity flavour. Air-dried in-house in the Italian style, the thinly sliced bresaola is folded origami style along a charcoal choux filled with miso-cauliflower purée. This exudes black pink vibes. Next was the ever tender reserve-seared A5 Wagyu tenderloin accompanied by grilled asparagus, creamy mashed potato and a rich red wine sauce. Lobster tail with cloud-like kabocha gnocchi and foamy américaine sauce bringing out the best of the crustacean’s natural briny and succulent flavours
