Everything was great. I really liked the final band on Saturday; they were super professional and made it a lot of fun. I'd love to go again. The atmosphere was a bit too busy with red lights though. Price per person: ฿1,000–1,200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Gaston Bistro & Bar at Hyatt Erawan delivers an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, making it perfect for both a relaxed dinner and a special occasion. The food is outstanding—beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Every dish we tried was perfectly executed and absolutely delicious. The service truly elevates the experience: attentive, professional, and genuinely warm without being overbearing. The bar selection is also excellent, with well-crafted drinks that pair perfectly with the meal. Overall, Gaston Bistro & Bar offers a refined yet comfortable experience that’s well worth a visit.
